There’s a good reason why people who constantly meet with their friends and close ones say that they’re happier and more comfortable on a daily basis. According to several experts, people who spend more time with their friends and family are actually more confident, less anxious, and less likely to develop symptoms of depression.
Whether you spend time with people you feel close to or participate in religious activities, take courses, play board games, or chit-chat with those you meet at workout classes or volunteering activities, it’s always good to have some human connection!
