It seems like more and more seniors are incorporating exercise into their daily routines. Some of them struggle with heart disease, osteoporosis or diabetes and understand the benefits of moderate exercise. Others just want to drop unhealthy habits and feel good.

About 53% of American retirees are physically active, spending about 13% of their annual expenses on yoga or spinning classes. There are some retirees who even decide to invest in their own gym equipment (the exercise bike seems to be the best device you can use regardless of your age). Either way, except for walking and gardening, doing exercise requires money so be ready to spend some on it.
