Are you in the middle of purchasing a new home? Here’s what retirees tend to overlook!

Whether you’re already a retiree or planning to leave the workforce soon, your goals may involve moving to a new home. If that’s the case, there’s much to consider before buying. When looking at a new home, there are many things to consider.

And sometimes you need to think about what’s missing as much as what’s ACTUALLY there. The whole objective of viewing a home for the first time is to decide whether or not it’s the right fit for you.

If you find any deal breakers on the first walk-through, walk away IMMEDIATELY. When you look at a place, you’re looking for reasons to say “No.” So here are 14 things retirees often regret they didn’t check when they bought a home.
