Sun City

The Sun City community is known to be the first 55+ community ever built in Arizona. It was founded in 1960, and it has successfully grown ever since, encompassing over 26,000 homes.

You might also find eight golf courses and lots of social clubs on the property. If you’re curious to know how much it would cost you to live here, it’s worth mentioning that a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment is available somewhere between $79,990 and $82,500.

Pueblo Grande

This wonderfully manufactured home community has gated security. The swimming pool is the ideal place to relax, and the clubhouse has a great movie zone and game rooms for various entertainment nights.

Homes in this community usually start at $89,900, and there are many other available options that are below that price, but also a bit over $100,000. The community is located in Pueblo, Colorado.
