4. Resourceful

Because the baby boomer generation invented almost every technological gadget that we use today, they are very resourceful when it comes to resolving problems or finding solutions.

Baby boomers didn’t have as many resources as Generation Z has today, and because of that, they had to work very hard for their goals. As a result, baby boomers learned to make the most of a bad situation with the resources that they had.

Overall, their resourcefulness resulted from a few factors, including the historical context, the values that they’ve been taught by their parents, and the challenges that they faced during the time they grew up.
