If you’re looking to downsize, a rental might be a very good idea. You can save more money by renting because it’s typically more reasonable and you won’t likely have to worry about home maintenance like you would if you owned. We all know how much you have to spend to maintain old houses, and with this inflation skyrocketing, that’s a no-no for sure.
