What are the safest cities in California?

According to the FBI, the US recently registered an average rate of 309 violent crimes per 100,000 people and a property crime rate of 1960. The crime rate is a great indicator of how safe a state or city is.

As with every other state, safety is an important thing to consider when moving to California, especially if you’re about to retire. You want to not worry about your safety every waking moment, know there’s a minimal chance of your house getting burglarized, and freely walk home at night.
