3. Delaware

We talked a lot about Delaware in the past, and now we know why. Because this state is basically one of the most affordable places to live in America. Here you don’t have to worry about sales taxes, property taxes, or, one of the most important things, no death taxes. Because let’s be honest, we all know it can be expensive!

If you decide to move here, you will see the changes that start to happen in your wallet and bank accounts. The average annual property tax rate in Delaware is the sixth-lowest rate in the nation ($568 per $100,000 a home). Imagine spending money on traveling or buying some nice presents for your grandkids. That would be a win-win situation for everybody.

What do you think about Delaware?

Posts seem to disappear on here. Not worth writing them if they disappear.

NEW HAMPSHIRE! No sales tax so the property owners support the state. Stay away!
