Virginia

In Virginia, there’s no state income tax on retirees’ Social Security benefits and deductions, which makes it a wonderful option for most of them. In fact, truth be told, I think most retirees who chose to move to Virginia took these factors into consideration, especially since low taxes might have been the only thing that really mattered. The state is also very valued for healthcare accessibility and overall affordability.

Even more, the state is home to many coastal destinations and countryside, as well as cultural opportunities close to the big cities. I’ve met tons of people who moved there, and what else is there to say other than the fact that they live such serene, worry-free lives?
