There are lots of senior centers in New York City

Another advantage to retiring in NYC is that there are a myriad of other senior centers where you can easily meet up with your folks and play games all Sunday long. So if you’re worried that you won’t have enough opportunities to hang out with other people your age, worry no more.

It’s easy to socialize with other seniors in NYC

As a general rule, it’s extremely easy to socialize as a retiree. You’d be surprised to know that you might also make friends in other age groups. You see, the thing with New York City is that everyone is so diverse there, so don’t be surprised if your next best friend is 35. You never know what this city will bring!
