8 Kirkland Products That No Longer Feel Like a Costco Bargain

Smarter alternatives when Kirkland prices feel too high

When Kirkland price increases begin to stretch your grocery budget, looking beyond Costco can help restore balance. Sam’s Club offers a lower-cost membership and often stocks familiar national brands at competitive prices.

Aldi eliminates membership fees altogether and consistently undercuts many bulk staples, especially for smaller households. Walmart, meanwhile, frequently matches or beats Costco’s per-ounce pricing on common items without requiring shoppers to buy in oversized quantities, making it easier to control both spending and food waste.
