Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania started sending out payments to its older renters, homeowners, but also people with disabilities last summer. However, the deadline for filing a claim is December 31.

This automatically means that payments will arrive in 2023 for qualifying residents who will be able to get their paperwork in before the deadline. The maximum average rebate is $650. Luckily, those who will qualify for supplemental rebates, as they are calculated by each state, will receive as much as $975.

South Carolina

South Carolina started issuing refund checks as high as $800 to qualifying residents in November 2022. Those who filed their tax returns before the deadline will be able to receive their payments before the end of 2022. Plus, those who filed after the October 17 deadline, and before February 15, 2023, will definitely receive their payments in March 2023.

The Colorado payments that you mentioned are not government stimulus payments. They are Tabor refunds, ie a government refund of overpayments that taxpayers had made. The voters in Colorado had passed a law several years ago that the state was not allowed to keep surpluses.
