Get on your bike

Cycling is more popular now than it has ever been, as lots of people are trying as much as possible to use their cars less and step up their exercise levels. You can find tons of bicycle routes online, alongside tons of ideas for routes to pick.

And when I say routes, I’m talking about various artwork and art trails that can make up for some of the most romantic rides, routes to the best Sunday lunch destinations, and even the most haunted places to bike through, if you’re interested in finding new and thrilling cycling adventure.

If you’re not as fit and active as you once were, it’s worth knowing that many people can easily find a greater level of fitness post-retirement, which would be even more enjoyable than it was before.

If the joints get stiff, simply invest in an electric bike that will help you out with those hills, so you can still benefit from the benefits of cycling.
