2. Sun City Summerlin (Las Vegas)

Next on our list of the best senior communities in the US is Sun City Summerlin. It’s the first of the Del Webb network communities and is located on the western edge of Las Vegas. The area is close enough for dining, shopping, or the occasional night out on the town.

The community’s real estate includes around 7,800 houses, which start in the affordable mid-$200,000s and can exceed $1 million for tailored options.

Sun City Summerlin’s popularity relies on the community’s center, where four clubhouses offer luxury amenities and various activities. Gaming areas, resort-class dining, and swimming cater to the whims of residents.
