The “happy score” of Hawaii is 69.58, which is the highest on the list, and the average lifespan of the people who live in this state is the highest in the US, at 81.48 years.

Besides the good weather and the natural wonders, Hawaii is also a place that offers you a good quality of life and stability, two things that we are sure any senior wants.

Hawaii has a top-notch healthcare system, complete with a variety of cutting-edge facilities and services devoted to caring for the elderly. Numerous prestigious hospitals and medical facilities are located in the state, including Maui Memorial Medical Center and the well-known Queen’s Medical Center in Honolulu.
