If you want to learn how to express yourself without having to use any words, art is your answer. You can sing, dance, draw, paint or pick up an acting class. Whatever you decide, it will help you open up your mind, relax, and work towards something beautiful and creative.
You don’t need to have a lot of skills to be able to enjoy this activity. It will make your body, your mind, and even your soul happy and relaxed. Arts and crafts are great for people of any age and many experts advise retirees to embrace their creative side so that their minds and bodies keep growing stronger.
