#9 Creative Writer or Proofreader

Have you got a tale to share? Once they have the chance to sit down and write, many retirees begin a memoir or book. And there are many authors who achieved success in their later years on the bestseller list.

But if you really want to sell your work, you should be prepared for rejection. This is due to the fact that earning money through creative writing can be difficult. Meeting with other authors, discussing your work, and getting helpful comments can improve your odds of success and make your days less lonely.

On the other hand, if you like to read and think that you can correct a written text, you can work as a proofreader. Many times, this position is remote and part-time.

This position is usually paid $33.42 per hour for writers and authors and between $23 and $31 for proofreaders.

I am senior citizen with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, and I am looking for a full-time position both onsite and remote. I work with accuracy, I am a detail-oriented person, and I am well organized and able to meet deadlines. I am a quick learner and, I can adapt to new position with ease. I am open to fill both Bookkeeping and Accounting positions.
