Rent out your car

If you already have assets that you don’t plan on selling but you’re not using also, you should consider renting them out. Now that we have all this access to different providers on the internet, renting out everything has become much more manageable.

However, out of all the things you can rent, your car is probably the easiest of them all. According to Turo, the average host earns around $10,516 per year. That is even more than $876 per month, which basically means you would make a $500 monthly quota in two-and-a-half- weeks.

Share your experience via consulting

Have you ever considered translating some of your knowledge into dollars? Choose something that you’re used to spending a lot of time on. For example, you might have quite the experience of flipping houses on the weekends, or you could be in charge of running finances for a church or social group.

Whatever it is, it can be monetized! You can use your knowledge and experience and make good money out of it, via a consulting relationship with a certain company or group.
