Dietitian And Nutritionist

If you’ve spent your life dedicating yourself to healthy living, this part-time gig is for YOU! Nutritionists and dietitians can advise people or organizations about food and lifestyle choices that promote health and prevent disease.

They frequently work in hospitals, nursing homes, or even for the government. The only downside is that a bachelor’s degree and an internship are typically required.

The BLS projects 15% job growth in this industry over the next decade because people in this field are called upon to help manage an increasingly obese population. The average pay for dietitians and nutritionists is $29.02 per hour.

I feel I am very qualified for this type of position, however, I live 40 minutes from the medical center area in Houston. I do not want to have to travel throughout Houston to be able to be a Patient Advocate though. I am very open to jobs located within a 10-20 minute drive from zip of 77382.

  1. The Fed haven’t changed the threshold before they tax your SS benefits since 1985!
It’s ridiculous to tax your SS Benefits because you need to work to make ends meet.
It’s regressive to tax the retired who earn as little as $30 K because they ddin’t accrue the Fat white collar pensions of their former bosses.

  2. I was smart and put away $800 a week for three years before retiring and invested it and has increased too over $300.000.00 to date.
