2. Content Writer

Believe it or not, there are a lot of retirees that are good at writing. And that’s awesome! Especially if you’ve always wanted to do this. There are a bunch of freelancing jobs online available for writers to create content for mailings or for some websites. It depends on what you are looking for. These kinds of jobs are paid by the hour.

Would you like to do that?

3. Pet Sitter

This might be the cutest thing from which you can earn some extra cash. It’s going to be a simple task, especially if you are an animal lover. It’s either a cat or a dog, so being a pet sitter is one of the easiest things to do. You can either host the pet at your home or go to the owner’s house.

You can walk around the neighborhood with them, feed them, and play a bit with them. And one of the best things about pet sitting is that you can control where and when you pet sit. You can sign up as a pet sitter on various websites to get in touch with an owner.

However, if you want to earn even more money, you can also be a dog walker. It’s nice and relaxing, and you can do it whenever you want to. Keep in mind that a pet sitter is usually paid $13.29 per hour. A nice way to make some extra cash for retirement, right?
