9. Gage & Tollner

Gage & Tollner is a wonderful restaurant that you must visit if you’re seeking a fun spot to eat with your family. This ancient restaurant, which reopened in the middle of the Pandemic years in 2021, offers a range of foods on its menu, including scalloped potatoes, hog pot pie, steak, as well as clams, and other goodies. Don’t forget to visit the Sunken Harbor Club bar upstairs if you are already there. For those who don’t know, this restaurant can be found at 372 Fulton St. in Brooklyn.

10. Grand Central Oyster Bar

Who likes oysters? Raise your hands! If you’re up to trying one of the best restaurants in New York that has amazing decor and delicious dishes, you must go to Grand Central Oyster Bar.

One of the biggest draws is the award-winning lounge, which has vaulted, tiled ceilings. The dining area offers some of the greatest vantage points for eating more than a dozen different varieties of oysters. The restaurant currently closes on Saturday and Sunday, which is the only change from past years.
