You know, they call it the Sunshine State for a very good reason. Here, the weather is always warm. But warm weather 365 days a year also means that things get extra hot during summer, but thank God there are tons of long, clean beaches, plenty of golf courses, malls filled with air-conditioning systems, theaters, and interesting museums to explore.

Since the state is also a great tourist destination, there are also a great variety of restaurants, shops, and all kinds of entertainment opportunities for people who live there. Besides this, there’s absolutely no state income tax in Florida, and the majority of property taxes are very reasonable.
