9. Have Fun 

Do you know that Audrey Hepburn once said that “Happy girls are the prettiest”? On that same note, we can say that “happy retirees are the healthiest”. And that’s a fact! Just because you don’t have as much energy as you used to or don’t feel your best every day, doesn’t mean that your fun period is over!

You can still go out, enjoy some drinks at a bar, go clubbing, date different types of people if you’re single, go on dates with your significant other, and do everything that you want! Not only will these activities improve your mood and make you happier, but they will also strengthen your mind, and lower your stress levels as well!

    I’m 65 and lonely and have no friends and have disabilities cannot find things to do?

    As a young man I wanted to live forever. However at eighty nine I have more aches and pains than I could ever imagine. Mentally I’m still good, but The hip pain is getting worse, and pills don’t help.
