Top 9 Rudest Cities in America for Seniors

5. Cincinnati, Ohio

Many visitors rated Cincinnati as unwelcoming and impolite a few years ago. The amusing part is that one of them claimed there was nothing to do when they got to the city for the weekend and that everything appeared to be closed to the newspaper that called for votes. Additionally, the waitress at the restaurant where they planned to eat dinner appeared busy and urged them to place their orders quickly because it was getting close to closing time. Rude!

6. Seattle, Washington

Also nicknamed “Seattle Freeze”, even if it doesn’t really seem like a city with rude inhabitants, it’s still on the list of the worst cities in the U.S. Seattle has a reputation for being hostile, but in reality, it merely feels like a lonely place. These locals don’t slam the door in your face or avoid eye contact, but they do look incredibly impersonal, and for tourists, this may appear as simply “rude.”

The fact that it is consistently cloudy, rainy, and depressingly gloomy throughout the year doesn’t help. Seattle is a relatively segregated city, so individuals tend to cling to their groups and frequently find it difficult to let outsiders in. Have you ever been to Seattle? What do you think of it? Let us know in the comments section.
