5. Move Your Body 

Are you looking for a quick and effective way to get your heart rate up, tone up your body, have more energy, burn some calories, and instantly make you feel happier? Start working out!

It will help clear your mind and make your body look absolutely gorgeous! If you’ve never worked out before, now is the best time to start doing it! You can easily start with something easy and low-impact, such as walking. After you get a bit of strength and endurance, you can move on to jogging, or even running, or look for free workout classes on YouTube.

Don’t neglect strength training workouts either, because they will help your muscles, heart, and bones get strong and healthy!

    I’m 65 and lonely and have no friends and have disabilities cannot find things to do?

    As a young man I wanted to live forever. However at eighty nine I have more aches and pains than I could ever imagine. Mentally I’m still good, but The hip pain is getting worse, and pills don’t help.
