Sixth Avenue

This beautiful 55+ retirement mobile-home community has some of the best on-site laundry facilities and even a clubhouse. Even better, if you don’t plan on giving up on your morning walk, there are many shopping and dining venues nearby.

The Sixth Avenue community has plenty of affordable homes, that start around $79,000, and range all the way up to $90,000. These homes are also ready for you to move in whenever you’d like.

Willow Lake Estates

This community is placed on the Fox River in Elgin, Illinois. It’s a beautiful location situated right in the middle of natural landscaping, so I can’t think of anything better than that. You would have easy access to the 61-mile Illinois Prairie Path for easy walking, and the interstate is only a 2-minute drive away.

The community also has a clubhouse with a wonderful fitness center, a heated outdoor pool, but also a library. If you’re interested in getting a home here, the price starts at $84,900.
