Not focusing on their health

Hear me out: I know signing up for a gym membership and buying organic and fresh food might cost a bit more than just sitting on the couch and eating processed food, but I’m 100% certain that it would cost you more in the long run if your health wouldn’t be on track.

This is probably a great example that what’s good for you from a health perspective can also be good for you, financially. So, if you already had in plan to live a healthier life, this is probably the best sign that you should start now!
