California
California allowed inflation relief checks as high as $1,050 this year, and the majority of payments have already been distributed. Even so, the state estimates that around 5% of checks won’t even go out until January 15, 2023.
Rebate amounts usually start at $350, and are fully based on a couple of things, such as income, household size, and tax-filing status. Singles who are earning $250,000 or even more and couples who earn a minimum of $500,000 aren’t eligible.
Colorado
Colorado state residents who filed for their 2021 taxes on time are most likely to receive payments of $750 for singles, and $1,500 for joint fillers by September 30. Even so, those who filed an extension by October 17 deadline might still be waiting for their payment, which is expected to arrive no later than January 31, 2023.

The Colorado payments that you mentioned are not government stimulus payments. They are Tabor refunds, ie a government refund of overpayments that taxpayers had made. The voters in Colorado had passed a law several years ago that the state was not allowed to keep surpluses.
Why isn’t Arkansas getting stimulas checks in 2023?
