4. Miami

Living in a major city by the sea is not inexpensive, but housing may be found in some regions of the Miami metropolitan area. In this Atlantic coastal city, the median property price is $1,774 per month for a mortgaged house and $1,295 per month for rent.

From the undeveloped Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park to the bright South Beach, Miami offers a wide range of beach experiences. Senior people and Social Security recipients are entitled to free transit rides in Miami-Dade County, which helps to keep expenses down.

This tropical city on Florida’s southern edge boasts moderate winters that allow you to enjoy the beach all year.

Florida is no longer an inexpensive place to retire! The insurance for both homes and cars is off the hook here and taxes are also riding. Sales tax on everything is 7.5, property tax as well as infrastructure tax call CDD are high.

I don’t know where you produced this list, but Florida should not be on it. Prices in this state have skyrocketed.
