Rainberry Bay, which was developed between 1977 and 1989 in Delray, has 901 attached and single-family houses, as well as condominiums, townhomes, seaside condos, and large waterfront mansions.

Am familiar with the Sandwich, IL area, having lived a few miles away in Oswego for 19 years. Could not retire and stay in IL due to the incredibly high property, school and income taxes which in 2019 made my mortgage payments more that twice what I now pay in TN. Had a nice house with protected Federal Wildland and a small lake behind our 3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch. Great area despite being under Pritzker’s political thumb. But the taxes were a killer.
