8 Impressive Traits (Almost) All Baby Boomers Have in Common

6. We Are Team-Oriented

A reason why baby boomers are more team-oriented than other generations could be their attitude regarding careers and work. Baby boomers see work as one of the most important things to do in order to fulfill their goals.

They grew up during a time when the economy was really prospering, and many of them worked in places where the team was more important and productive than the work of a single employee.

The baby boomers had an emphatic idea the whole time they were part of the labor: “We are doing this for our children”, and they did. This generation worked so hard for the greater good, not only for themselves but also for the next generations.
