Older customers who would still prefer to pick up their items, can easily use and order through the app, and just show up to collect their goods. This feature is available only in a couple of locations.
In fact, even during the pandemic, the retailer was trying to “strongly encourage” shoppers who aren’t considered high-risk to avoid those visiting stores during the first hour of opening, so they can be reserved for seniors.
