It’s super easy to sell your home when you decided to move

When it comes to this matter, it all depends on the current market, the price you want for your own home, and how fast you want to move.

Moving is not that easy. When it comes to buying your first home, you might notice all the stuff that need to be bought, from the lawn mower, yard equipment, and tools, to furniture.

This kind of equipment costs a lot, you know. If you know you’ll be moving in a couple of years, or that your job requires a lot of traveling around, then you should reconsider all the pros and cons of buying a house.

The main point is that you shouldn’t buy a home if you’re expected to move within 5 years.

    I want out of my mortgage. The fixed APR is fine, I am getting tired of being nickeled and dimed to death by my mortgage company. Seems like every time I turn around they are tacking on some kind of new fee.
