After all, if you and your spouse will no longer have to deal with dual commutes, what’s the point of having two cars? It doesn’t even matter if the car is paid off, as you will still receive a great cash infusion upon selling, and you might have the chance of saving more down the line for other things, like insurance, maintenance, and even taxes. If you live in a big metro area, then you also have access to Uber and other car-sharing services, which might come in handy when you need two sets of wheels.

As you retire, you’ll see that everyone tells you that you’ll have to spend more on healthcare. However, most of them are encouraged to go through expensive treatments and tests that are not only unnecessary but also harmful.
